Normal delivery is from in STOCK  to 6 weeks. We try to keep up with demand, but due to our rapid growth, it’s challenging. 

NIJ Ballistic compliance rating lasts 5 years (industry maximum).

You may cancel your order t any time. However, if your order is already shipped you will be responsible for returning the order for a refund minus the shipping cost to you.

To cancel just send an email to [email protected]. Include your name and order number.

You may exchange wrong sizes or manufacturer’s defects at no penalty to you by emailing [email protected]

There are NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on custom-made to fit products.

You the customer take full responsibility if you misuse this product. You may be seriously INJURED or KILLED if you misuse this product.

Customer assumes ALL risk and responsibility and the Self Defense Company, The Bodyguard Brand its suppliers and distributors shall be held harmless if this product were to fail in real-world conditions.

Ballistic ratings are in compliance with NIJ standards.

30 Day Exchange or Return Policy

Returns are at the customer’s expense. 

There may be a restocking fee depending on the condition of the item.

If the item is damaged in any way you will not receive a refund and we will return the item back to you.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS due to shipping. 

If your item is damaged in shipping you must supply an acknowledgment from the shipping company, images of the box, and the damaged item to [email protected]. 

If any hardware is damaged (buckles. clips, ladder buckles) we will send you a direct replacement.

Issues like faulty zippers, ripped material and busted seams will be replaced after original item is returned.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON BALLISTIC PLATES – all sales are final since they can get damaged if shipped improperly.
