Excellent Customer Service!

Initially when I received my BodyGuard Switchblade backpack, the seams on one of the deployment straps very quickly broke off after just a few test runs. I think I was unfortunate in receiving one with a manufacturing defect but luckily it didn't remain an issue because after contacting the Bodyguard team, Damian contacted me in literally 10 minutes to resolve the issue. I'm very impressed with Bodyguard's customer service as there was no hesitation to stand by their product and fix the issue. They sent me a replacement piece, which was very easy to install in the backpack, and the backpack has been great ever since replacing that one piece. Sometimes manufacturing defects happen, but because Bodyguard was so great about replacing the defect I can't fault them at all for it. Overall, I've been very satisfied with this backpack and I would certainly recommend Bodyguard to anyone who is looking for this kind of product!

Built Tough

This is a well built pack that I can depend on when the going gets tough. It's tough exterior, heavy zippers and clips, and excellent use of heavy Velcro provide me with a level of confidence that I wouldn't have with other packs built for a similar purpose. Great job, Bodyguard Team!

Great Quality

I love this backpack. The quality and fit are great. easy to pack and use. The front body armor is a bit tight in the beginning, but you get used to it and can break it in pretty readily. I would recommend this product for sure!!

Works Great!!

Was worried about volume with the level 3 plates...but my Switchblade Backpack has great storage volume. Only downside would be needing much more colors. It definitely doesn't look like it’s bulletproof ...or that I’m conceal carrying.

Why not?

I haven’t really used it, but you never know when you might need it. Plenty of room and I will definitely be taking it out when I am at sporting events for my kids because things are getting crazy!

Best stealth body armor!

I love my elite backpack! This looks like any normal backpack but with the pull of 2 straps becomes instant body armor! I love how I can utilize different armor plates depending upon the threat environment by simply swapping them out. This backpack is a winner!

Will Try Out New Jacket In Oakland CA

Just received my jacket last week. Will be back at work in the Bay Area this week wearing it. Ordered XL, the fit is good. I did not want a tight fit that prints the ballistic panels. Obviously I don’t want to actually have to test it out under real live fire conditions. My only complaint is I wish they came in different colors.

Great Product

Body Guard is a great product - very innovative. The bullet shields fit easily into the fabric pockets. Great product, although I'm glad I haven't had it tested yet !!

Love My Bodyguards!!!

My wife and I love our bags for multiple reasons... -makes you feel safer; especially seeing how crazy the world is lately. -comfortable -adjustable to your fit -I would recommend it for parents with kids in school ( obviously tell your kids not to tell anyone about it) -it is a good all-around bag it stores quite a bit of stuff. Customer Service is AMAZING!!!! answered all my questions bags got shipped and delivered ridiculously fast ( less than a week) the biggest thing for me was it is all sourced and constructed in the USA!!! My wife and I take our bags everywhere and it gives us an extra layer of safety. 17 lbs might sound like a lot of weight for a backpack but it's a great way to get a little exercise (obviously depends on what you put in it) but its better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. They also have soft armor (7 lbs total)

Easy to Use. Really Well Made

I received my Bodyguard Backpack in good condition and assembled the plates and vest easily. I have put on the vest and gone through the deployment routine a several times without trouble - it's very intuitive.

This Backpack is Boss!!

Awesome design and functionality on my Switchblade. This puppy comes out smooth from the pack with a plate and is snug when deployed. Serious protection.

Better than Expected

When I order things online I automatically temper my expectation. The pack I received is robust and as advertised. I work at an automotive factory and the belt seems as secure as a seat belt. . Thank You.

Professional Level Pack

The pack is well designed for its purpose, a covert active shooter bag. The pack has great feel, fit and functionality. I am in LE and like to have some stuff at the ready and this makes it easy to have some go to items on hand without telegraphing you have a tactical vest on you, but you do! If you are looking for a pack like this you won't go wrong with this one. Well designed and executed with quality components and attention to detail. A kel-tec sub gun fits in there nicely by the way.

The Elite Backpack is essential!

Love the Elite backpack. Keeps a low profile so nobody knows what it can really do. I was actually able to fit two 11x14 level IV armor plates. The Elite is really well made and conceals everything perfectly. I only bring this bag with me when I'm working in the office, as we've had two active shooters in our building just in the past year. With this bag now, I have some peace of mind knowing that I have a fighting chance against an AR-15/AK-47.

High Quality and Armored

I've been lugging around backpacks for 40+ years and I can personally confirm this is a high quality backpack. I've never seen anything quite like this and have enjoyed carrying it to work and during play for the past week, with no issues. It took a few tries to get the armor properly packed and learn how to pull and attach the front section, but now I can do it with ease. Impresses every friend I show it too. I'll get my wife the smaller version for christmas.

Great concealed armor

One of the best purchases I’ve made when it comes to being ready for defense. Easy to carry and deploy love this concept and the armor. Would highly recommend this product to off duty law enforcement or just your average concealed carry citizen. Great product for a mass shooter scenario god forbidden but prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Very Happy

I purchased two backpacks, one for myself and one for my middle school aged daughter. I am very pleased with how quickly she can deploy the system. Biggest feedback I get from her is the weight of the backpack, which is something people have to accept. But overall, excellent product and I feel very secure now having the ability to deploy anywhere.

Taking My Switchblade on the Road...

There is a lot of room and space available. If traveling out of town I plan on using it. I think its a great option for carrying needed items and providing safety.

Great Bag Use it Every Day!!

I bought the first responder and am using it daily! I have used body armor before in a hot environment I ended up using it only at night, but this bag I can hang it to the back of front passenger seat protecting the passenger and put it on dismounting daily no one is the wiser. I cannot be happier it is perfect. As an addition you can add rifle plates on top of the llla soft panels as needed. The front chest plate has molly which converts to a range rig and range bag for a large pistol or pdw. Very happy with it a great tool for protection anywhere. God Bless - Pierre

Small Price to Pay for Safety...

My boys feel safer and have no issues with their new protective backpacks. The weight is more than they expected, but since they dont have to carry books anymore in lieu of a laptop, it all balanced out. A small price to pay for safety.

Different Times

The concept is outstanding and really like that you can use different sizes of soft armor. The pack is comfortable, spacious, and sturdy enough for the job. There are other packs out there; but this pack is the most innovative. Recommended.

Good Pack

Bought this for my daughter for High School. I was surprised at the weight of the plates. They are very light. Setup was fairly easy. So far my daughter has no complaints but she has only been carrying it for 3 school days.

Small small price for peace of mind

I'm a grandpa just trying to cover base here for the kids; product is great - I especially like the durability of the construction. Discrete and to the point. One less worry in a time full of worries.

A Practical gift for unpractical times.

This is a Christmas gift, so he won't see it til then, but being young in this crazy world, another layer of security gives us both piece of mind, Its not that heavy to fit into his current backpack.
