Really Making John Wick’s Bulletproof Suit

The people at Hacksmith’s went through the painstaking process of actually trying to recreate John Wick’s bulletproof suit and they did a really good job, however…

…the reality of making a suit and having it perform like John Wick’s isn’t. real…not by a long shot.

Anything made of kevlar that is that light weight and flexible, wouldn’t provide much in the way of blunt force trauma protection and if you were to wear something that could provide that level of ballistic protection…you wouldn’t be able to move.

Either way,  the suit Hacksmith’s made is really cool, John Wick is cool…but like most things in life it doesn’t live up to your expectations…

Oh and that suit that Hacksmith’s made would run you about 10K or more. So you’re better off with a Peacemaker Jacket :).
