Excellent Customer Service!
Initially when I received my BodyGuard Switchblade backpack, the seams on one of the deployment straps very quickly broke off after just a few test runs.
I think I was unfortunate in receiving one with a manufacturing defect but luckily it didn't remain an issue because after contacting the Bodyguard team, Damian contacted me in literally 10 minutes to resolve the issue.
I'm very impressed with Bodyguard's customer service as there was no hesitation to stand by their product and fix the issue.
They sent me a replacement piece, which was very easy to install in the backpack, and the backpack has been great ever since replacing that one piece.
Sometimes manufacturing defects happen, but because Bodyguard was so great about replacing the defect I can't fault them at all for it. Overall, I've been very satisfied with this backpack and I would certainly recommend Bodyguard to anyone who is looking for this kind of product!
